Let us introduce ourselves. We are April & Sotero Lopez. My name is Sotero M Lopez II. I am a licensed realtor in Michigan & Georgia, real estate investor, entrepreneur & businessman with over 30 years of negotiating, sales and marketing experience.
Every since I played Monopoly as a kid I wanted to buy and sell real estate. Then I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and made the decision to become a real estate investor, broker and make real estate my life.
In 2001 I met the love of my life, April, and we shared the same passion about real estate. We were married in 2002 and she, April M Lopez, is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of all of our businesses. We are both licensed real estate professionals. We have two beautiful children together and have been happily married for over 18 years. April brings a strong legal, organizational and finance background to the team. She is amazing at what she does and I could not do this without her. She is, as I always say, my "left side brain".
Our team also consists of marketers, researchers, loan officers, appraisers, contractors and attorneys specializing in real estate, probate and bankruptcy law. This vast array of experience and specialized knowledge gives us and our clients exactly what they need to achieve their real estate dreams.
