My sale was rather complicated logistically as I was out of state, but she arranged complicated logistics and scheduling (cleaners -- a couple different times, landscapers, staging, photos, among others) to the point where some/most of those vendors were quite arguably out of the scope of her responsibilities. however, she was very giving and gracious about taking on these additional tasks. With regard to listing pricing and contract negotiations, she provided all the relevant information and gave her opinion honestly but in a subtle way so I felt like I had a good guide but was still able to make the final calls without any pressure. Throughout the process, she kept me informed of next steps and what to expect, and gave me a thorough rundown as we approached closing as well. She's a true professional.
