My sale was rather complicated logistically as I was out of state, but she arranged complicated logistics and scheduling (cleaners -- a couple different times, landscapers, staging, photos, among others) to the point where some/most of those vendors were quite arguably out of the scope of her responsibilities. however, she was very giving and gracious about taking on these additional tasks. With regard to listing pricing and contract negotiations, she provided all the relevant information and gave her opinion honestly but in a subtle way so I felt like I had a good guide but was still able to make the final calls without any pressure. Throughout the process, she kept me informed of next steps and what to expect, and gave me a thorough rundown as we approached closing as well. She's a true professional. I went with Sophia initially because I felt she was a good, genuine human being on top of being a fantastic realtor, and she absolutely did not disappoint in either regard. Highly recommend!

When I tell you that this woman is the true deal, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Not only has she sold my house, in the most seamless way, while being nothing short of nothing of honest, transparent and for my best interest, she has personally been a real friend to me in the time of my grieving. When I met her, she is truly a class act and very classy. She actually brought flowers over to my home the first time I met her, so I was immediately sold. I have personally seen this, and can personally attest to this. There are times she has sacrificed for me. This woman has not only been a true person, but because of her kind heart, I consider her a lifelong friend, and will continue to do business with her when I purchase future homes. She has really advocated and fought for me, even in the end. After the money wire, she even called me to make sure I got it. Life changing agent!
