Outstanding job all around!!

Working with Sophia and her daughter (Alora) was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market, and attention to detail set them apart. Prior to putting the house up to sell, we had to repair items and paint. Sophia had her network of contractors come out and resolve the issues quickly and at a reasonable price. This relieved stress, saved valuable time, and saved us the inconvenience of vetting qualified contractors. Sophia took the time to go over and explain everything so we knew exactly what we were signing as to contracts and disclosers. She always kept us up to date on open house showings and always asked for our input during the negotiation process. Sophia is a great negotiator and got us more than we expected on our home. Additionally, Sophia was available day and night to accommodate our busy schedule. The entire process was smooth and stress free. What really stood out was Sophia's passion to help us-she truly had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Sophia and her team to anyone buying or selling a home.
