Another great transaction, very pleasant to work with and tenaciously pursued my interests when it came to finding potential properties.

I believe the sale was expedited thanks to the efforts of my agent.

Sonny came to the house the same day he was contacted to review the state of the home. He had it listed in an extremely quick manner with photos thay helped showcase the true potential of the house. He suggested the change in price after a few weeks of no interest and within 24 hours of dropping the price there were offers coming in, which he helped navigate me through. Overall I am very pleased with his services and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
