Sonny did an amazing job finding me my first house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me with the process. He was always sending my new listings that were exactly what I was interested in, and we were touring places very soon after they were posted. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and wait for Sonny to pick out amazing properties that were exactly what I wanted. The whole process was extremely easy. I am recommending Sonny to all of my friends.

We have used the services of Sonny Reeves in the past. We did not hesitate to contact him again re the sale of our condo. He is competent, trustworthy and very responsive.

Sunny is an all around great guy !!!

Excellent job selling my house, getting it listed and shown during this covid time

I have known the agent a long time and had confidence with him and the power of PSA, this had the makings of a quick smooth transaction. Thankfully, I was right.

Sonny Reeves was there every step of the way - good or bad - I knew I could count on him and trust his experience in the marketplace to provide a smooth transaction, if possible.

My wife and I are happy that we chose to have Sonny help us with this important occasion in our life . Sonny made himself available to us at all times. The Patterson and Schwartz Real Estate Co. can be proud and are lucky to have such a dedicated employee !!

This is my second time working with Sonny Reeves, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sonny sold my home for full asking price in 6 days, with very little effort on my part. He also showed me over a dozen houses before I found the perfect new home. He guided me through the process from start to finish, and I would highly recommend him and Patterson-Schwartz.

Bruce Balick and Sonny Reeves were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend them.
