Sonja Stoskopf

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sonja this past fall in two capacities: First she was helping us as buyers looking for a new home and was knowledgeable, super responsive and extremely patient with us as we kept changing our search radius, looking at a lot of different parts of Kansas City. Second, during this time we were also trying to sell our existing home FSBO. Over a period of a couple of months We were having mild success with attracting showings but after a deal fell through we decided to hire Sonja to list our home. It sold extremely quickly once she posted the listing for a fantastic price. Sonja is extremely easy to talk to, and very good at offering tips and suggestions on various negotiations with sellers, inspectors, contractors, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
