Sonja assisted in the purchase of our home in Hendersonville, TN after we had decided to move from out of state. As we were making a long distance move from California and were on a very short time frame, we needed to purchase the home quickly and without actually seeing it in person. This was a scary prospect and we needed to put a lot of faith in the realtor we chose to work with. She was always available to answer our questions, was very professional and made a long distance transaction go very smoothly. She made the back and forth of negotiationing repairs with the sellers easy and less stressful and provided us with extra photos of the house.
