Sonja Kelly helped us purchase a condo in a very hot sellers market! Not only was she able to find exactly what we were looking for, but she also helped us decide on a price to offer that was reasonable, but still right to get the property! Sonja also helped with the act of sale since we were out of town. She was able to do the walk through for us and take possession of keys, etc. to hold onto till we returned.
