Sonia was referred to us by a close friend and we worked with her on three transactions over three years; buying, renting and selling. Each transaction had some speed bumps for sure (mostly attributable to the other party), but overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge, persistence, honesty and immense patience that was exhibited every single time. Our agent always pointed out the pros and cons of various steps that should be taken to make all transactions seamless. We were able to negotiate a great deal during the buying process and were similarly happy with the purchase price we were able to procure for our house.
