The first question to ask yourself is why do you go to Sondra for all your real estate needs? I will sum this up as quick as I can. We have used her now for the 5th time. She is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well and very well connected with other realtors and customers that are selling. She will find you what you’re looking for. Very easy to get alone with and will not hold back telling you of the house or property is a good deal or not. To be a realtor as long as her then you must be doing something right or she would probably be selling used cars if not lol. If she wasn’t knowledgeable in this real estate game then why would I use her 5 times? The answer is I have used other realtors but she has fought at the closing office for me before because something wasn’t right ( almost needed bail money) lol. The most important thing is after the sell I don’t care if it’s a year later, you got a question just call her and she will find the answer. She becomes a friend and a family member and we love her to the moon and back. She will always get my business and referrals because she is just that good. If your in doubt about a realtor we’ll my friend she is the one to have as your agent. I try to put into words how she has helped me and my wife achieve the property and the dreams we have but words can’t describe her magical powers she has when she calls other agents and talks them down on prices and make it affordable for you to buy. Just take the leap of faith but if that’s not enough then read her reviews. That many good review only happen when you put your money where your mouth is and get it done.
