I knew Sondra from high school so when me and my sister decided to sell our Dads house I didn’t hesitate to call her . We followed each other on social media but hadn’t seen each other in years . I knew she had years of experience but nothing could prepare me for how much experience she had . There was not one thing she couldn’t or wouldn’t do to help make this difficult transition easy for me and my sister . Numerous tears on my part and all she kept saying was WE got this . Not you got this not I got this but WE got this . You literally felt like she was having to sell one of her own loved ones homes because she treated the experience like it was her own experience . The contacts she has at her disposal are unimaginable . If I called with a worry or concern she would say give me a minute and I’ll call you back . As busy as she is she never said I’m busy right now I’ll get to it as soon as I can . Not sure how but she at the time I would call or text she would work her magic and we moved on .
