Very helpful and not pushy. She listened to what we would like and our budget and found some great options to look at. She was quick to respond and was direct when we asked question. Great realtor and would recommend to anyone.

If I could give Sondra 6 stars, I would. She is absolutely the best there is. I purposefully put off writing this review for a year after closing on our home so as to provide the most accurate/honest review of our home (after all, everyone knows everything goes smooth when you FIRST move in; it's only time that will disclose problems/issues). From beginning to finish, we felt Sondra went above and beyond for our family. In this booming market, we looked at over 30+ homes before Sondra urged us to check out "the one" (meanwhile never getting upset/frustrated with our "picky tastes); I'll be honest, we had to visit the home twice before agreeing it was what we were after. Sondra was adamant that with a little touch of style/flair, it would be exactly what we were dreaming of. She was 100% correct. She knows what she's talking about. She knows her clients. She knows what to look for. She knows how to close. Seriously, if you're like me and do your research beforehand and if you've made it here to her profile, do yourself a favor and stop here. You will NOT find a better agent to represent you. My only complaint is that now that Sondra found our perfect home, we will never need her services again!

Sondra went above and beyond my expectations on all that she did. She set time aside for us to look at houses that we wanted to see plus other houses that she thought we would be interested in. And being from out of state, she was very professional and punctual at getting back to us via, phone, email, or text about the houses. She informed us of the area and seeing she was from this area it was VERY helpful in choosing a house. She helped arrange the inspections and anything we needed tom have checked on for the house. I would Highly recommend her to anybody looking to either Buyers or Sellers. She will go above and beyond for you with her expertise in the world of the housing Market for her clients. I assure you, that you will not be disappointed at all in her knowledge, and her professional expertise in who ever has her on their team from home sellers to home buyers alike.
