Somer has sold two houses for us and helped us buy two houses as well. We hit lots of bumps in the house hunting process, but Somer was adamant with her knowledge and kept us from getting into a property that wasn't a good investment. We held out and found an amazing home! Even though she wasn't available for the showing, she had another agent, Zerick (who is also amazing) show us the property. She negotiated back and forth late into the evening and got our offer accepted. She also helped work a two and a half week closing! Such an amazing experience using John Barrera with the Tinsley Group & the Tinsley Group themselves! John worked hard to get us the best deal on our home and had great negotiating skills to get us where we wanted to be. Even after closing John has been great. My husband and I are both first time homeowners and when we found an issue John and the Tinsley group were there to guide us through!
