Greetings, Being a radio broadcaster since 1988, I have had no shortage of contacts, clients and friends who work in real estate. Having said that, I had never bought a home before - until now. I made the decision to fire my last agent I hired in July after a couple of months of trying to make our new surroundings fit. I won't get into the obvious issues surrounding home prices and interest rate hikes because we're all aware of that. In short, I needed a pit bull for an agent, as opposed to a retiring lap dog that can't decide who its master is. When other issues came up, such as possible foundation problems, she arranged for a professional inspection to document the extent of the foundation problem and solutions. Somer took care of the house and the sale of the house and kept me well informed of progress. The house was sold fairly quickly. I never had to return to Kerrville for any reason. I was able to leave this activity entirely with Somer. The paperwork was a breeze! Somer was always pleasant, professional, accessible, and knowledgeable. I have done 2 transactions with Morgan Meyer at Tinsley group in Kerrville. One as a seller and then as a buyer. Morgan was so fun and easy to work with. She communicated so well through all the latest tech, text, email, document apps, and even on the old voice call. Morgan always had my best interest in mind, and worked hard to help me. She was willing to work with my bank directly when needed. As our second deal closed. She took the time on the last day to drive from Kerrvile all the way to Uvalde to pick up keys and deliver them to my home in Comfort! So we could have the property for the weekend!
