Somer is the absolute best realtor in Houston. We bought our home with her 5 years ago after meeting her at an open house that we stopped by on a whim. She was professional and everything went smooth with that purchase so she was our first call when it came time for us to sell. She was flexible and worked with us to set a meeting time for the initial meeting. We had to reschedule several times due to my work schedule and she was able to accommodate each time. She arrived at our home well researched and with a strong knowledge of the market in our area, greater Houston, and the market at this time of year / in this economy (September - October time frame). We took her advice on pricing (which was more than we initially thought we could get for the home), and listed our house on 9/12, by 9/26 we had over 15 showings and two full-price offers on the table. The marketing campaign that she launched when our listing went live was very effective. Once under contract, we had a few issues come up on the home inspection. Somer was able to reach out into her network to suggest contractors who were able to repair the issues quickly and professionally. This was a huge help for us and kept the stress levels low. She explained each step of the sale process clearly and ensured that we always knew what to expect. Closing went smoothly, and throughout this process, she was constantly available to my wife and I, including weekends and evenings.
