Best agent ever
Starting from some suggestions on the repairing, staging and finally to city inspection, document check, Sofie planned all that for you, especially I’m out of town for all this time. She basically took care of all that for you. My house sale case is more complex than others, since my wife is in China and could not get back. Also the city inspection make the case more complicated. Luckily, all of these troublesome were solved by Sofie. I have to say Sofie Zhao is best agent I have ever met. Highly recommend her to your sale/buy agent.
