Socha’s skills as a real estate agent belie her years of experience. We first met Socha when looking for our daughter’s first home. None of us were familiar with the Sarasota area. Though a new real estate agent at the time, Socha was well acquainted with the real estate market in Sarasota. Socha assisted us greatly in locating and acquiring the home. We knew that Socha would be our real estate agent in Sarasota forever. Socha has an abundance of personality, a great attention to detail, and is on top of every aspect of her client’s needs and their transactions. She is also very tech savvy, and, you will most certainly be at the recipient of one of her “boom” texts. You will receive this if you ever ask her if she has accomplished something that she was to accomplish. It means that not only did she accomplish it, but she accomplished it before you even thought of it. A few months ago we contacted her to sell our daughter’s home that she helped her purchase. Within two days we had a signed listing agreement, she had obtained all the necessary information from the condominium association, and had prepared professional brochures for potential buyers to view and take with them after a showing. Within two months, the home was sold and closed. I am any business and real estate attorney in Orlando. I work with real estate brokers on a regular basis. I can’t say enough positive things about Socha!!! We were purchasing our first ever boat slip and had no clue how the process worked. Socha stepped up and took the lead on everything (including a not so responsive selling agent) to get us through a successful purchase.
