I almost never write reviews, but this time I had to make an exception for our realtor, Socha Goyette. We were selling the house from out of state, totally dependent on the Florida realtor, and Socha was amazing. From the very beginning she was honest and clear with us about what to expect. She kept in close contact with us all the way through so we knew what was happening in every step of the process. When the inevitable surprises came up, she listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to achieve it. She was always prepared with valuable solutions, sometimes ones that we never would have thought of on our own, giving us choices instead of problems. Her friendly manner, combined with her professional expertise, made this one of the smoothest, most pleasant major transactions that we’ve ever participated in. We even sold the house for more than we asked for! I would absolutely use Socha again, and I only wish she was available up here in my state.

This is my second time using Socha's services.   She is so great to work with!  The most important thing to me was that I never felt pushed to sell or buy and that is huge to me when dealing with Real Estate.  She listens to what you want and need and simply tries to make that happen.  She is super thorough on what the market is doing and ending up selling my house super fast at a great price.  During the entire process she was right there to answer my questions and work through any doubts and decisions. I really felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared about me and my sale. I will definitely use her again in the future and recommended her to all of my family and friends.
