We just closed on our new home that we purchased through Skip, and we couldn't have done it without him. We happened to come across his Youtube videos when we were still living on the east coast and only contemplating a move to ABQ. We found his videos very informative and decided to reach out to him. So glad we did. He was very patient answering our 1000+ questions. We set a date to visit the area, and he took the day to show us several houses that met our criteria. We then decided to move to the area into temporary housing, and wait for the home that was the one for us. Skip kept us up to date on what was coming on the market, and again was very responsive and patient - never pushy - showing us many more houses until we found the one for us. He was responsive and thorough as we moved through the purchase negotiations and closing stages. There were a few minor hiccups that arose during those stages where we were unsure of the best way to proceed. Skip always stepped in as the voice of reason, while always keeping our best interests in the fore front, and got us through the process. My wife and I had been watching Skip’s home buying videos on his YouTube channel well in advance of actually making the decision to move to Albuquerque, so of course we HAD to reach out to him when we decided to purchase our new home.
