We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Simone and the Stark team. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to go about searching for the right home. We did meet with a couple of realtors before Simone, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Not only is she honest, hardworking and a go-getter but she is genuinely a very good person by heart. Simone is excellent at communicating and tries her best to gather as much information from the other agent to keep us well informed to arrive at a decision. I would definetly recommend Simone to anyone looking to buy a home and we are so glad that not only have we found an awesome realtor but also a friend.

Simone has been with us for quite a while as we searched for the right home, and once we found it, she was on the phone relentlessly communicating with the other agent. We won the home. We then put our current house up for sale and she sold it in just about a week. She's really a go-getter and is excellent at phone communication, getting information, and building rapport. A fantastic member of our team.
