During open houses, Simon would point out things in the home or area that we overlooked. For example: type of roofing, fencing, water heaters, AC units, leaks, etc. All these things can cost a lot of money and time. When you’re browsing for houses you sometimes get caught up on how beautiful the house looks, and can overlook at how much actual work the house needs underneath the freshly painted walls and carpets. So to have someone point out all these factors was a big help. Overall he is knowledgeable, thorough, and gets things done. I would recommend him!
