Simon was totally professional in all his dealings with me. He was efficient and quick. He responded rapidly. He was knowledgeable on all the real estate questions I had for him. Working with him was a breeze, and I would highly recommend him. And really important, his lower fees helped me save THOUSANDS in commission fees. Yet I still got the best, if not better service with Simon than working with other real estate agents in the past. I'm using him again on another property already.
