Even though Simon was the sellers agent, as the buyer, he communicated with me very well and the whole process of me not using my own agent went very well. He answered all of my questions and I would have no problem recommending him as an agent.
First off- no stars given for local knowledge and negation skills bc neither applied in my situation. I was a little upside down in this property and was trying to figure out how I could reduce my expenses without sacrificing accurate paperwork, professionalism, efficiency etc. I've been working from home now forever and knew this must be possible! Somehow I ran across Simon and reached out. From the very beginning, he was quick to respond, very thorough and considerate. His fees are incredible compared to the 'norm' and everything went off without a hitch! He stayed in touch, answered all of my questions, kept things moving within the timeline. I had originally reached out to a local realtor who was clearly annoyed that I was considering going with a virtual agent. That made my easy decision that much easier. SIMON IS AMAZING and I HIGHLY recommend!!! There were NO problems, he stayed in close communication and I always got very quick responses to my questions. Was I his only client? Simon was totally professional in all his dealings with me. He was efficient and quick. He responded rapidly. He was knowledgeable on all the real estate questions I had for him. Working with him was a breeze, and I would highly recommend him. And really important, his lower fees helped me save THOUSANDS in commission fees. Yet I still got the best, if not better service with Simon than working with other real estate agents in the past. I'm using him again on another property already.

For the second time, Simon helped us sell a property remotely! The first sold in record time; before we even had an open house! The second was my mother's property, and Simon was great working with her as I assisted. Got the home on the market quickly, and negotiated a great sale price. He saved us almost $20K in broker fees, too! Super polite, gave great advice, and always responded quickly. We were in different time zones, so my emails, texts, and calls were often outside his normal work hours, but he kindly responded anyway.
