Silvia and Ami literally went above and beyond in selling our home and purchasing our new home. They are both exceptionally professional and responsive to all our questions as this was the first home we've sold. The process was seamless from their attention to detail in staging our home, advertising it on multiple internet and mailed platforms, and highlighting its features to prospective home buyers. Their hard work paid off as the home was sold within one week, above asking, and with multiple offers!!! Although we hit some snags during escrow, both Ami and Silvia were responsive to our needs and provided a speedy resolution. As for our new home, Silvia was able to negotiate a fabulous deal in which we already had equity prior to even moving into the home! I do not know how Silvia juggled the details of both homes, but we are so thankful for her. Without a doubt, I have and will continue to recommend Silvia and Ami to all my friends and family.
