My brothers and I, all of whom live out of state, inherited our Jockey Club III condominium unit in 2018. We engaged the Silvia & Clarisa team to lease it while we considered our family's future use. When the lease and renewals expired in November 2023 and none of our families had a desire to use the condo, we decided to list 1751 for sale.
