I hired Silvia to sell my Miami condo. Before that, another realtor had been working for 6 months with no showings at all. It wasn't an easy sell, considering the building's age and many typical Miami issues, such as HOAs, permits, insurance, and maintenance. Silvia went above and beyond by hiring an attorney to help me and potential buyers navigate these complexities, providing clear explanations for each issue. This was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of trust in the process. Since I was overseas, Silvia took care of the condo, hiring a cleaning lady and a handyman for minor repairs. She was also dealing with a particular Board, with many nonsensical requirements, which, with the help of the attorney, she was able to resolve. After a couple of months and several showings, we received a solid offer and closed very quickly. I was extremely happy with the entire process; Silvia was always available, professional, and well-informed. Lastly, she even recommended a fantastic realtor where I live now. We had heard great feedback about Clarisa but didn't quite get it until we actually got to work with her. Finding ourselves in a situation where we needed to be rehomed in less than 60days with our two young children, three pets and a Budget. Basically; Mission Impossible- Miami edition.
