We just closed on the sale of my parent's home way earlier than expected because Sierra was able to secure a buyer before it even went on the market, making the process of selling my parent's home from out of state that much easier. The cross-country move was due to urgent and unforeseen health issues which made it a more complicated move than normal and I don't think we could have done it without her help. My husband and I had such a good experience using Sierra as our realtor. She was helpful and positive, very easy to stay in touch with, and accommodating, all the way from our first walk-through with her until even yesterday on the phone when I had a question about something that came up more than a month after our move. Of course, our house sold, and very quickly! with advice and hard work from Sierra. She also sold a house for some friends of ours not long after selling ours and they were super pleased with the job she did for them, too. I might also add that she was respectful of our religious beliefs about not showing our property on the Lord's Sabbath, Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. That is the busiest time for real estate in my experience, but it did not faze Sierra. She honored our request and we both, my husband and I, cherish her (and her Transaction Coordinator, who is a fantastic cameraman and did our property more than justice) for that. Thank you, Sierra.

10 stars wouldn’t be enough for this wonderful realtor! The amount of determination she has for her buyers/sellers is above the “standard” for agents. Sierra is devoted and went above and beyond for our family when we were faced with a few hiccups with our sellers escrow company and sellers agent. (which was a nightmare) She never stopped communicating and was very open in letting us know when she was available/ busy at showings/personal time! We found our forever agent in Sierra, she made this this process a beautiful memory. We were not expecting to be cared for like this and she made us feel like her children were buying their first house. I feel blessed to have met her and have had her help my family buy our home!

I had never purchased a home before and to be honest, I was a bit clueless. I knew Sierra through law enforcement and was immediately attracted to her positive energy and drive to do and be better. I reached out to Sierra and she advised me of the first steps to take in the process. She told me that we could go look at as many homes as I wanted, but there was zero pressure from her and that was absolutely the truth. It took a bit of time, but when I was ready, she was right there to take me around to view homes. As soon as I found the home I was looking for, that night (even though it had gotten late), she put in my offer but also made sure that I understood everything that I was agreeing to and signing. Throughout the process, Sierra was always there to answer questions either via text, email or phone call and provided consistent updates. I received all of my documents via e-signing which was super convenient. She never let me sign anything without making sure I understood it first. Sierra kept me up to date every step of the way and I could not be more grateful. Even as issues arose, she dealt with the listing agent and I didn't have to do a thing. Sierra is professional, kind, funny and truly only wants the best of her clients. I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.
