I was looking for a realtor up north in Biggs, California as I did not know any in that area. I googled realtors in that area and Sierra‘s profile came up. Exceptional people. Need i say more? Ok then, i will. From the outset Sierra- the agent- established herself as an unpretentious professional who put my needs first and the goals i was hoping to achieve. She was very patient as i had to navigate obstacles particular to being a power of attorney re: real estate transactions. I don't think i could have done better then having her in my behalf, in fact I'm pretty sure of it. She and her husband would always go the extra mile for me and i cant thank them enough because they brought me across the finishing line - a line i thought had become a mirage. Whether it was in deciding what was best for me, or providing convenience features of the 'dumpster', both were there doing the gritty work on the final day in my former home - sweeping the garage or bagging personal items - to make that goal attainable. Sierra and Andrew are amazing! We faced a number of interesting issues in selling my mom's property -- Sierra and Andrew were always one step ahead with the perfect solution -- throughout the process they kept us in the loop and never let a question or concern go unanswered. My mom no longer lives in the Oroville area, and Sierra and Andrew made the distance a non-issue -- they handled everything from basic house cleaning, trash removal, maintenance issues, and repairs, etc.. Can't recommend these guys highly enough! If I was selling or buying again they would be the folks I'd call. Well done guys!
