While there are great realtors out there, Sichan is one in a million. Wow, working with Sichan Hul, my Ashburn realtor was wonderful! First, she did her research and advised me on the best list price based upon the surrounding comps. That means, prospective buyers and their agents respected the listing from day one. Sichan gave me great advice on working with contractors to prep the house for sale. Once again this led to prospective buyers offering to waive appraisal, finance and home inspection. The open house was fabulous and the Fox Team even ordered a food truck!
