Working with Shufen is a godsend especially since it is my first time buying a house as an investment, so my nerves were at all-time high. Thankfully Shufen was able to guide me through the process and make it seamless through simple instructions from her years of experience. One thing she does well, which a lot of people take for granted, is that she is a person who takes her vow as a fiduciary seriously, very stark contrast to many agents whose intentions and loyalty align with their company and themselves. She is someone I can call at any hour and would answer the phone to address my concerns. Despite juggling many clients, she made me feel like a priority, going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She’s a fierce negotiator who fights for your preferences, no matter your budget. Even after closing, she continued to check in, asking how I was settling in and even offering free furniture she’d sourced from other clients. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and is much appreciated by me and didn't go unnoticed. Many thanks to Shufen and her efforts in securing me my first home.
