From its amazing outdoor lifestyle and all of its vibrant, independent restaurants to its standard of affordability, it's the place I'm proud to call home. We can hike in the mountains one day, ride horses the next day, and go river rafting the day after that. In Idaho, we have access to plenty of shopping, sports and theater, while living in the midst of swimming, boating, water skiing and fishing opportunities. Best Realtor Ever!

I bought my house from Shirley in 1991. When I suddenly needed to quickly sell my house last month while working remotely full time, I immediately called Shirley. I was incredibly busy and needed a realtor I knew to be competent and could trust completely. She more than met my high expectations. She took care of literally everything except my actual signatures! Her effectiveness was not impacted in the least by Covid-19 restrictions. The peace of mind I had knowing she would leverage her years of experience in the Boise real estate market as well as her high level of integrity and honesty meant I could, and did, leave the entire matter in her hands. My house sold for significantly more than the list price, in a very short period of time, with a minimum of involvement on my part. I am thrilled with the truly excellent service Shirley provided and recommend her highly. I would definitely use her again. I could not have asked for a more dedicated, trustworthy, and effective realtor!

I have bought and sold other properties in the...

I have bought and sold other properties in the past with other realtors in other cities, however; I wouldn't hesitate to contact & utilize Shirley's knowledge of the real estate market. She has always been available when I called her with a question and has always been exceptionally knowledgeable regarding any properties I have been interested in buying or selling. For those reasons I would not consider using any other realtor for my sales or purchases.
