Shirley Wagner is the best at what she does. She stayed in contact the entire time. She looked for what we requested. She stayed honest with us throughout the process. We even closed earlier then expected! Even now she still stays in contact with us! Shirley is definitely the one you want on your side!!!

Shirley is all that and them some!! We started this home trip May 2019 and she was relentless in her pursuit in finding the the *PERFECT* home for me. As for me, I did not know the ins and outs of the real estate corridor, but !OMG!Shirley was wheeling and dealing for me. She took over and I felt so comfortable with her. We became more/less like sisters. She fended for me like a sister would. She kept me at ease and eased a lot of the mistrust fears I had for lenders and the others outside of my circle. Also, she kept me in the loop of communications that was coming from everywhere. I got so confused sometimes in all of the melee, but she kept everything in order and always so calm.
