Her experience sold my house!
My house was one of the original homes in Fox River Grove. Shirley did tell me that the probably 100 year old shrubs should be removed for better curb appeal. I declined her suggestion. The house sold quickly and the new owners promptly cut all the bushes down on their first day !?!
