Our first communication with Shirley was on the phone. We lived in Cincinnati, and have a son that lives in Orlando working for Disney. We had always wanted to retire to a warm climate, and we started looking online at suburbs around Orlando. We came across one of Shirley’s YouTube videos, featuring a 55+ gated community, and decided to give her a call. From the very first conversation, we could tell that she cared for her clients and wanted to get to know their wants and needs in order to find the home of their dreams. We were going to visit our son for a few days over the holidays, and decided to go out with Shirley and look at some real estate, just to see firsthand what the market was like. I used coldwellbanker in the past and they did a good job so I figured I'd do it again with Shirley and Tom, I was not disappointed. They did a great job. Worked hard to get it sold and got the house sold over the weekend. Then continued to work hard to complete the process. Seemed to me we were more important than just simply a commission. When we found one, the selling process was smooth and the team kept in contact with us at each step of the process.
