We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. We called Shirley on a Sunday and within a hour she LITERALLY found us a lot and model based on our needs as a multigenerational family. We flew down and signed the papers within days of that initial call. Tom and Shirley were our eyes on the ground during the entire construction process of our home. Tom sent pictures and videos and updated us often. They go above and beyond what you would expect of agents. They know and see things you wouldn’t know as a buyer and they’re beyond amazing to work with. When it was time for our final walkthrough, we weren’t walking through with our agents… we were walking through with friends. I had to relocate from 1000 miles away due to a job change and did some narrowing down of areas I was interested in prior to contacting Shirley and Tom. I had a long phone call with them to talk about our wants and needs in a home, and they did a very good job of listening to what our expectations were, and helped to steer things that could be a letdown (not common in the area, this versus that choices), all in a very open and conversational manner. They gave me access to an online tool to look at houses and comment about them, which was helpful for me to see both what they were thinking as well as me just searching on my own a bit to learn what was truly out there and adjust my expectations. I had put comments on several properties about things I liked or disliked, and this helped steer us to the right neighborhood and house for us. No doubt in my mind is that Shirley and Tom's expertise in knowing the various neighborhoods, builders, and most importantly having relationships with the people is ultimately what helped us get our house. They are the kind people you see on the youtube videos in person. My only disappointment is that we know we won't need a realtor anytime soon as we plan to enjoy our house for a long time, and thanks to them we found it !!

Tom and Shirley were/are the best business people we have ever worked with. From the start of our relationship when we contacted them by email, to the close of escrow on a new construction they provided excellent service. They went above and beyond. They researched the areas we were interested in, set up appointments for us, took us to all the areas we requested, asked leading questions to narrow down our likes and dislikes as well as size of home, and many other details to provide us with what is now our new home. They spent an entire week with us initially as we toured the gulf side of Florida. We contacted them in March 2021 and they kept in contact with us until present October 2022. They went to our property and took pictures of the progress and made videos for us. We lived over 2000 miles away and could not come out to see the progress for ourselves. We felt like they were family, keeping us abreast of the the progress and the next steps that would probably happen. The day of closing they met us at the house and assisted us with the walk through, punch list and calming of nerves. They went to the escrow office with us as being out of state we had questions about different facets of what we were signing and they explained everything to our understanding. Fantastic! they have followed up with us and checked on us to make sure we are doing okay. This above and beyond caring and their service is unmatched. They feel like good friends and really like family. I am sure our relationship will continue in the years to come. I give my highest level of praise for their knowledge of Florida, helping us to narrow down our list of 75 homes and developments and being there when we needed them.
