Was referred to Shirley through a friend and she doesn’t disappoint. She has been very patient with us in helping us look for our place to call home. the home buying process isn’t easy but she answered every question we had and was always available to help even if it meant taking time off from her free weekends. I would highly recommend Shirley to any of my friends and family who are in search of a home or selling their home. She is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with! After about 7-8 months of searching , we finally found a home thanks to Shirley!

Shirley is a fabulous realtor. She put me at ease from the moment I met her. She handled everything, including having the kitchen remodeled and inside painted, plumbing repairs, selling unwanted furniture to the painter, staging, and dealing with the escrow company. Almost everything was done via email, text or phone, and all was done seamlessly. She is thorough, professional, personable and kind. From the time the tenant moved out just before Labor Day weekend, it took less than four weeks to complete all remodeling and staging and list the condo on a Friday. She ran an open house on Saturday and Sunday, and we had 4 or 5 offers by Monday. Offer accepted on Tuesday, condo sale completed and money in the bank 15 days later. I can’t believe how little stress I felt through the entire process. I highly recommend Shirley. She thinks of everything, and can handle anything!

My family and I are very happy in our experience with Shirley selling my mother's house. As my sister (Lori) said below, we had a tight deadline, and it was met! Shirley seemed confident the house could be showed and sold in a week, and that did happen, in 6 days I believe! Escrow closed two weeks later.! I wasn't sure how it would be selling a house in the time of pandemic, but it was smooth and seamless. She is very organized and clear in her communications.
