Shirin Saeedi

She was very pleasant, professional and understood my wishes. She worked diligently to find a buyer all the way to closing.

This was a a great experience with my agents unlike The buyers brokers which were less than honorable Individuals. I was dealing this the best ( my sales team Shirin and Sara) and the absolute worst ( the buyers sales team ) . Shirin kept me CAlm and focused on the sale. I had asked for be the price to be listed significantly higher than than market sales history would Suggest . Shirin listed abs did what I asked they Didn’t tell me to list is low and get. Bidding war going which is lousy advice from your agent . If you want to effectively auction your home there are suction services you don’t need to pay a broker to do it! In any event they listed my price they didn’t try to talk me down once i explained my position and that I was not going to sell to Move without top dollar made sense to Them. I gave them The figure and we listed . She handled everything timely , intelligently, effectively and efficiently . Her ability to stay calm even when buyer brokers’ were attacking them. They kept it Professional and didn’t make It personal and focused on the sales process
