I have been licensed in California since 2008 and became a Broker Associate in 2014, DRE #01848250. I earned my degree in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. I have lived in San Diego since 2004 and in Point Loma since 2013, and I have guided buyers and sellers through the 2008 correction, the long recovery, the pandemic run-up and the rate shock that followed. I work throughout San Diego County, mostly in Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Hills, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Bay Park, Bay Ho, Clairemont and Coronado.
I am a certified Military Relocation Professional and a military spouse. PCS timelines, VA loan entitlement and buying remotely from another duty station are familiar ground, not something I learned from a handbook. I also work with move-up buyers leaving a townhouse for a house, first-time buyers, and sellers and trustees. My transaction experience includes VA-backed purchases, investment property, renovations, short sales, 1031 exchanges and trustee sales.
