The first was when Shikha was able to assist us in purchasing a townhouse in the Vestrella neighborhood of Gale Ranch in San Ramon a few years ago. She was patient and helpful in helping us come to a conclusion. We looked at many properties before we discovered the right one. She did a wonderful job at negotiating, too! In the frenzied real estate market, we were able to purchase the property for less than the asking amount. Second, she assisted us in selling our house as we decided to upgrade. She planned everything, including how the house would be set up, the photography, staging, and posting it online. We were always in awe of her professionalism. We had viewings very immediately. We were in frequent contact regarding the whereabouts of potential buyers and the procedures for closing.
