Shiba helped the reviewer buy this property

We found our dream house!

Having purchased numerous homes and dealing with many real estate agents, I found Shiba to be at the top of her game. Her attention to detail, and incredible communication skills won us over. One of the most helpful attributes was her listening to us as we described our budget and our priorities. She did not waste our time on properties that did not meet our criteria. Being a buyers agent in this low inventory market is beyond difficult; Shiba handled it with grace, patience, and professionalism. There is no doubt she showed a very personal interest in our family and did a great job helping us get into this home.
