This market is very difficult as a Buyer or a Seller! People think it’s just for hard for Buyers, but as a Seller I can tell you that it’s very difficult not knowing what is the right price for the property, will it appraise, how to pick the right buyer from a pile of applicants who all seem (to me ) to be qualified and all want the property for over list price. Shiba explained her strategy to market the property, set realistic expectations,helped de -clutter and rearrange my furniture. She showed the property over a period of 3 days and was personally present for every showing. She kept me informed throughout the process and gave me the pertinent facts to decide the right path. It truly took the stress out of the process and I felt I was in competent hands. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Shiba and would highly recommend her.
