Not only is she super flexible when it comes to scheduling showings but she’s helpful in the way she explains all the steps throughout the buying process and is clearly very knowledgeable about what she does. She truly wants to see her clients get the house of their dreams & it shows! My partner & I had sent her a house that quickly went off the market and as soon as it was back on the market she reached out because she knew how much we had loved it. We’ve worked with other realtors before but after working with Shiann, we won’t ever use anyone else!
