I am very glad I found Sheryl to handle my real estate needs. When I first reached out to her for help in selling a land parcel, I thought it would take a few months to get it on the market and sold. It took less than a month even with multiple challenges. She let me know everything I need to do on my end to get it ready to sell. She got pictures and got it listed right away. She was a perfect liason in dealings with the title company, the county and a previous owner to get everything taken care of. When the septic company I was working with said it would be almost a month before they could make it out for the pumping and RSS, Sheryl gave me a list of other septic services that might be quicker. The first one one her list made it out the same day I contacted them. Between texts, phone calls and email, she kept me constantly in the loop during every step of the process. I couldn't have asked for any better and will definitely be using her services in the future.
