Sheryl Jones first helped rent my home when I moved to a different state. She got a tenant moved in a month after I left. She was always available and responsive. After the first lease ended I decided to sell due to favorable market conditions. She had it ready to list in about a week and had a full price contract a few days later. Unfortunately the contract fell through due to the buyers losing their financing but Sheryl was tireless in trying to make that contract work and went above and beyond. The second time listing we had a full price contract within minutes of listing and it went through with flying colors.
