Sheryl was my agent when I first moved to Georgia several years ago and sold me my first home. All went smoothly and with her expert guidance I learned much about the process from the buyer's end. Upon responding to an opportunity outside of Georgia I was faced with having to sell quickly. I thought it appropriate that I give Sheryl the opportunity to sell my home for me, and luckily she was still in the business and available to work with me, this time as a team with Shanna. Once again the process went smoothly with just a few bumps as would be expected in any complex transaction, but the bumps were handled expertly and quickly by both Sheryl and Shanna, even on weekends and late nights.
