Both Sherry and Amy performed at the A+ level from before listing through close of escrow. Every phone call was returned immediately, ideas for preparing the house all led to very high buyer interest, and the plethora of paperwork went off without a hitch. A half dozen offers were tendered within several days and an excellent one was selected for a very short seller requested escrow.
