As a Sacramento-area native for most my life, I have to come to fully appreciate and celebrate the beauty, majesty, adventure, history and community that this area affords. I attended Holy Family Catholic School, Christian Brothers High School and on to California State University, Fullerton where I met my husband of 15 + years, now. We have grown our family with two beautiful children and our fun-loving boxer dog, Dixie! As a family, we fully enjoy all the outdoor adventure northern California offers and can usually find us skiing or snowboarding in the high Sierras, hiking, bike riding and enjoying our Golden state's beaches, lakes and rivers. What we thought would be a relatively straightforward transaction due to it being a cash, full price offer, we encountered numerous obstacles. With Christie's guidance and tenacity, she fought for our interest at every road block. We had great confidence in her and would definitely seek her out again. Christie was the perfect agent for a first time seller

Christie was the perfect agent for a first time seller. She walked me through the entire process as to not have any surprises. She went meticulously through my home pointing out the good and the bad which helped set a starting price making sure I was comfortable with the asking price. Christie had several connections to help with prepping the home and the outside yard work involved to help the home look pristine getting max price. We agreed on the initial open house for other agents to view the home bringing potential buyers to experience. Christie was quick getting my home on the market and getting me several bids. She explained each bid and what the bottom line was / how to counter. I trusted her expertise and I finally settled on a buyer. I was truly happy with the entire process- smooth and stress free. Christie will a blessing! Now I can move on with my life. Again, a fantastic - honest - professional agent…..

Awesome journey to my dream home.
