Sherry is hands down the best! Her customer service, knowledge of the industry, and accessibility is unreal. I cannot recommend any realtor in the Bay Area more highly than Sherry. We just closed on a house at the end of May and we are IN LOVE. We looked in three different areas of the Bay Area to figure out where our price range and needs would meet, so I can confidently say how incredible she is as a relator. Once we decided on the Pleasant Hill Area, the market suddenly halted and we had very little inventory, which caused bidding wars and prices to jump. Sherry patiently walked along side us for almost 9 months, included a failed escrow (on the sellers part) until we found our forever home. She was extremely communicative, letting us know her availability and would go out of her way to make herself available based on our schedule to tour homes. Never once did we feel like a burden. Late night phone calls, combing through houses online, talking through where to put out offer in. She was there for us through the entire buying process. I thought she was exception then, but she continued to go above and beyond once your in escrow navigating the paperwork, connecting you with people, it was endless. Even after we closed, she helped us navigate a couple situations to make sure we were 100% happy with our house. Sherry is exceptional! I promise you won't regret having her as your agent. I know for us, working closely together for so long she has become a friend... in fact, I told her I am now having withdrawals not speaking with her.

Sherry is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! Reliable, responsive and extremely knowledgeable are but a few words to describe her. From the very beginning she took on the sale of my home full speed ahead. If you are looking for a realtor to completely relieve you of all the stresses of preparing your home for the market then she is the one! Having sold many homes this experience has been the least stressful do to her extraordinary work. Wow, where do I begin ? I was given Sherry's name as a referral from a friend. My partner had recently taken a job in Napa, and we wanted to sell our home in Martinez, and make the move north. We instantly felt comfortable with Sherry. She is amazingly thorough, and made an always difficult process easy to understand. From our very first encounter, I could tell she was on our side, and would fight for us in her cheerful way. We sold our home quickly, and she was kind enough to volunteer to represent us in the Napa market as well. Driving to Napa to look at houses became a weekly routine. We thought we found a home we liked, but the owners were not willing to work with us on repairs so we backed out of the deal. Sherry stuck by us the whole time, and was unbelievable patient and kind. We continued our search, once again going through the process of finding a home 35 miles away. We finally found our new home with her expert help, and could not be happier.
