They handed coordinating cleaning out the house and significant repairs including the remodeling of the kitchen to prepare the house for sale. This was extremely helpful as we do not live in the area. They also helped us navigate the rapidly changing real estate market as interest rates began to increase helping us to price the house for fair and quick sale.
